My belief is that no matter how hopeless, negative, stuck, trapped, depressed, anxious, uncertain, unhappy or uneasy we may feel and no matter what stage of our lives, we all possess the ability to find understanding of ourselves and our world and to feel hope, peace and contentment. Awareness can arrive spontaneously or it can take work and sometimes therapy can unlock the understanding and tools within us that we can then use to govern ourselves with care.
Counselling is a relationship between therapist and client, and ultimately it is about you, the individual who seeks it and your understanding of yourself, those around you and your place in the world. I hope that we can work together to help you make connections, find your inner resources and strength and to feel empowered by your knowledge and understanding.
